Help me understand what happened.
A few details make it easier to investigate:
- Your device model and Android or iOS version.
- The game version, and whether you’re using the TestFlight beta.
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Whether it happens every time, and the steps to reproduce it.
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if helpful.
Please leave out passwords, payment details, and unrelated personal information.
A few things to try.
The game freezes, crashes, or won’t open.
Close the game and reopen it. If the issue continues, restart your device and check your store or TestFlight for a game update. If it still happens, email me with the details listed above.
Avoid deleting the game or clearing its app data while troubleshooting, as locally saved progress could be lost.
I’m having trouble joining the iOS beta.
Follow the TestFlight installation guide on the iPhone or iPad you want to use. If the invitation is full, unavailable, or your device isn’t compatible, follow the message shown in TestFlight.

I found a bug in the TestFlight version.
Use the feedback option in TestFlight, or email game support. Please include the beta version and the steps that led to the issue.
My progress is missing.
Email me with your device model, game version, and what happened before the progress disappeared, such as an update or a device change. Avoid reinstalling or clearing app data while the issue is being investigated. Recovery depends on how the progress was stored.
